New Iranian "President's" Extensive Criminal Background -

From the Middle East Newsline -

"LONDON -- Iran's new president has been identified as a suspect in a series of killings of Kurdish dissidents in Western Europe. Western intelligence sources said Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, elected president on June 24, was a commander in the intelligence and sabotage arm of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The sources said Ahmadinejad helped monitor and target Iranian dissidents both at home and abroad and arranged for assistance to Islamic insurgency allies of Teheran.

Ahmadinejad, not named in any indictment, has been identified by Western intelligence sources as a suspected planner in the killing of Kurdish dissidents in Western Europe in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Four Kurds were killed in IRGC strikes in Austria and Germany.

"There are investigators in EU [European Union] countries still interested in questioning him," a Western intelligence source said. "It could become a problem."

Iran Focus goes into further depth with this exclusive look into the criminal past of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Real estate
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Real estate, or immovable property, is a legal term
(in some jurisdictions) that encompasses
land along with anything permanently affixed to the land, such as buildings. Real estate
(immovable property)
is often considered synonymous with real property (also sometimes called realty),
in contrast with personal property (also sometimes called chattel or personalty). Real Estate News at Real Estate Blog. Daily Real Estate Market news, Tips for realtors, home owners, buyers and brokers.
However, for technical purposes, some people prefer to distinguish real estate, referring to
the land and fixtures themselves, from real property, referring to ownership rights over real estate.

The terms real estate and real property are used primarily in common law, while civil
law jurisdictions refer instead to immovable property. Property law, the area of the common
law that governs real property, differs from contract law in that it focuses primarily on rights
that one person holds over all other people, as opposed to specific individuals.
