Cyrus,

Is there any transcript of the interview so that those who cannot watch it at least can read it ?

Heres a brief summary of what was said on and by CNN:

Iman Forouzan runs a tv station broadcasting to Iranians with satellite dishes. "We think change is very very imminent, closer than a lot of people think. We get many phone calls from within Iran, even from young children, hoping that freedom will come soon."

Many anti-regime emigres were thrilled by Pres Bush's statement in State of the Union "This time our people have new energy, new hope," said Assad Hamayoun, one of the shah's last representatives, who runs a foundation in favor of peaceful change in Iran. "Iranians are ready for change. Most are young, restless and without hope."

Most emigres hope US won't bomb or invade. Some refer to CIA involvement in the coup of 1953.

Barring a full scale US invasion as in Iraq, regime change must come from within, but regime has shown much willingness to use tremendous amounts of violence to keep power.

Demographics and economic trends may be on the side of change, but it might not come as fast as many emigres hope.
