Declaration Number III
The National Council for Leadership of the Opposition to the Islamic Republic

Subject: Blast in London

You Excellencies

Are you looking for the arsonist terrorists in London and do not find them? In which human court must we present this document so that they will hear all our concessions?

At what price must one focus eyes and ears to these clear documents? Listen to the words of a person named “Dr. Hassan Abbasi”, the theorist of the Islamic republic and custodian of the Department of Martyrdom Camps of the Islamic Republic (suicide operations) from which five months ago, according to reports from Islamic Republic sources, four hundred individuals were graduated and assigned missions. In one of his speeches in a terrorists training class, at the 24th minute and on page 6 of the complete English translated text he precisely states:

“I have had this honor to attack your liberalism, attack your civil society, attack your human rights, today I have this honor, I must say that paganism, paganism front, God enemies front, and Muslims enemies front, are they not but paganism front?
If anything can be done to succumb this front to terror and fear and panic, such terror is sacred. Go; write tomorrow that Abbasi is the theorist for violence, the theorist for sacred terrorism”.

This very same person, after expressing pride in his terrorists training, on discussing England, precisely, states:

“…and of this impish England, beware. I don’t say capture the English embassy. This embassy has gathered all its documents and taken them away. We must capture England itself (see page 10 of complete text and the minute 39th of the DVD.)

Are you still looking for the agents of suicide operations in England?

Abbasi believes that according a certain verse in Qoran, striking bombs, suicide operations, and sabotage are duties of a Muslim and his trainees at martyrdom camps of Iran are brainwashed to carry out their religious (!!) duty!
You Excellency:
Letting madmen loose and keeping wise men in agony, letting ferocious men take wing and cutting off wise men’s wings, seeing short-term profiteering and rejecting all human values will produce nothing but blind outbursts.

When you see the lashes of cruelty that they strike at women and men of Iran and you think of no more than a bunch of dollars, and you simply sacrifice the higher human values, as in the World Charter of Human Rights, for your mere transient greed, you must expect further emboldening and shamelessness on the part of radical Muslims.

Murderers, not being able to grow to the height of today’s progressive world, make believe that they must reduce the world to their level. When you see the caving-in of a tragedy named Islamic Revolution in Iran and you seek loot under the debris, the Islamic terrorism, still riding on the chariot of ignorance and mindlessness goes on racing on the road that you have prepared for them and it burns, slaughters, and ruins as it goes.

Now after all, these riders of ignorance, mindlessness, and violence have arrived behind your walls, and now they are your walls caving in with their explosions, if today you do not look at Iran and the people of Iran and do not assist them in their efforts to relieve themselves from evil and the evil creators of the era, a grave tumult shall engulf the whole world.

If we say the prejudiced Islamic terrorist passes through the pathway of the Islamic Republic, we believe that the Islamic Republic has awakened the dormant monster of the Islamic terrorism and with eradication of the Islamic Republic now ruling Iran, the Islamic terrorism shall plummet in a grand Diaspora and eventually fall in trap.

The swamp of the Islamic terrorism will not dry up in any way but through democracy in Iran and we are willing and ready to take action toward this goal as long as we live.

Intel minister says Iran detains, jails or expels 3,000 al-Qaida members

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) - Some 3,000 al-Qaida members have been detained, jailed or tried in Iran or deported from the Persian state, Iran's intelligence minister told state-run TV on Saturday.

Ali Yunesi, speaking to reporters in the capital Tehran, did not specify when the 3,000 members of the terrorist group were dealt with by Iran.

But the number is the largest Iran has provided of members of Osama bin Laden's terror network being in this country.

Iranian officials are normally tightlipped on security affairs and Yunesi's comments follow claims by U.S. and foreign intelligence agencies that mounting evidence gathered over several years has them increasingly convinced that leading terror suspects have been living in Iran.

State-run Iranian TV showed Yunesi's picture as an announcer quoted the minister announcing that Iranian courts had tried al-Qaida members and jailed and deported some. Others were apparently still in detention pending further legal action.

None of the al-Qaida members were identified and no further details were provided by the television station. Iranian officials were not immediately available for comment.

Iran has been under increasing pressure to curb its nuclear program, which the United States claims is aimed at building atomic bombs. Tehran denies such claims, stressing that its nuclear activities have peaceful purposes, including generating electricity.

The minister's comments are the second by an Iranian official in less than two months revealing that Iran has been arresting and deporting al-Qaida operatives.

Hasan Rowhani, head of the Supreme National Security Council, told reporters in Kuwait on June 6 that Iran had arrested nearly 500 al-Qaida operatives during the past three years and had handed them over to their home countries.

Rowhani said the terror suspects had been hiding out in Iran, which had given the names of the detainees to the United Nations.

Iran, however, denies U.S. claims that it has been actively harboring terrorists, saying it has been cooperating in combatting terrorism and received praise from international bodies. Iran first said in mid-2003 that it had detained and deported hundreds of al-Qaida suspects and kept some in custody.

U.S. officials have said Iran refuses to identify the al-Qaida operatives that are still in its custody.

In June, Iran denied reports that Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, al-Qaida's leader of the Iraqi insurgency, was in Iran after being wounded.
