The most democratic countries in the world are constitutional monarchies. Like Norway, where I presently reside. No one can hold anything against a CM, but a republic however, that's a different story.

Those monarchies are figure heads, they do not participate in government in any important way. What is the point of bringing back a monarch if they are just figure heads, waste of money in my opinion. |

It's a proven fact that CM a system costs less than a republic, thus it proves the fact that it isn't a waste of money. A figure head with symbolic power has a uniting power. And Iran badly needs someone to unite them.
