The entries should obviously relate to the struggle for freedom against the mullah regime. The jury members could be appointed by leading groups in the struggle.

The submissions could set new lyrics to existing music; perhaps a separate division for new lyrics set to new music?

Perhaps the winning entry/entries could be performed right after "Ey Iran" as the millions celebrate the installation of the Interim Government of Free Iran and the Lion-and-Sun waves again!

Perhaps have a poetry division as well!

All you poets and lyricists, limber up your keyboards for Freedom!
