There are an estimate 1.2M Iranian-Americans, if half of them tell 5 friends a week about what's going on in Iran explaining to them the difference between the government and the peoples and fully explaining Iran and Iranian culture, the media would be forced to report the news and no government can ignore what's going on.
Khomeini used the leftist media to champion him into power. In '78 close to 25k went to demonstrate against the Shah in Washington. My question is, where the hell did 25k Iranian-Americans come from at that time, and why did the fight against the Shah get so much damn coverage from such a limited amount of people.
Basically we're doing a crappy job. The majority of Iranians just want to sit back and let everyone else do everything, while pokin fun of "Iranians" in general. Million bucks says those will be the first people dancing and looting when the regime changes.

The tell five friends idea is a good one. One thing I have noticed is that there are many many non-Iranian Americans who do understand what is going on and do support the Iranian's struggle - It's so amazing how the left in this country has become brainwashed.. I believe they all have good intentions but become misled by the puppetmaster extremists!
