Why is the world acting shocked? This is nothing new; the IRI has been raving about this non-sense for decades now. What did the world expect from these lunatics, and their number one lunatic, Monkey-Nejad?

Some think that Nazi-ism didn't die after WWII, but that it continues to live on with a new cult of white supremacists called Neo-Nazis. They are partly right. There are some mis-guided American and European youths who shave their heads and spend their Saturday nights listening to loud hate music, but these guys are just small-potatoes. The real Neo-Nazis are alive and well, but they are living in Iran, and other rat holes in the Middle East. They are the ones who have the significant man power, military power, and financial power to put their money where their mouth is. They are the real threat, and they are not at all coy about it. Woe to the world if they are not stopped soo.

On another level, there can be a positive outlook to every situation. I for one was quite content to see Monkey-Nejad elected last summer, though I pitied the Iranian masses that would obviously suffer as a result. I always thought that Iran needs exactly this type of mad man to remind the world and Iran what a monster the IRI really is. I was always very hesitant of so called "reformers" as Khatami, who tried to sugar coat the bitter pill of life that every Iranian swallows when they get out of bed each day. Deceitful half measures and the master illusionist reformers are actually our worst enemies, because they slightly pacify the needed rage and discontent that is needed to rid us of this infestation. They only serve to stagnate the much needed progress- the only acceptable progress- to throw these rats out where they belong.

I heard someone say that Bush and the West could not have paid Monkey-Nejad enough money to make that speech. This speech was a gift from the gods for them, and for us. I have heard whispers that the US is re-evaluating the option of seriously assisting/enabling dissidents and opposition groups to depose this regime. Given their previous track record, I think that is very optimistic, and I won’t really believe it till I see it, but hope can be a good thing. But if the West and the rest of the world do not seriously assist and back the dissident opposition groups after such an inflammatory speech, they are only doing themselves a disservice.

This fanaticism and extremism can, however, be a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it can be a great motivator for the world to help us dump the cancer called the IRI. On the other hand, I cringe to think of what calamity may befall Iran if the West feels so imminently threatened that it gives up on hopes for political change, and goes for a military option. None of us want to see Iran suffer from another war. Let's just hope it doesn't come to that, because we would all be losers.

A great general once said “I am more afraid of our own blunders, than any ingenious design of our enemy.” I guess Monkey –Nejad was absent the day they were teaching military history in school. Thank you, Monkey-Nejad, for this groundbreaking event of digging the grave of the IRI. Keep up the good work; I’ll definitely vote for you if there is another election in a few years.

I agree that in the long term this monkey will cause the revoloution to happen earlier then it otherwise would have so in the long run it is good, although the Kurds who listen to Israel Radio instead of Nazi Iran Press are in significantly greater danger of getting caught, along with the Persians brave enough to have the audacity to listen to real news.

Tehran's 'rewards' for rocket attacks

TEL AVIV: Iran has promised a reward of $US10,000 ($13,300) to Islamic Jihad if the militant group launches rockets from the West Bank towards Tel Aviv, a senior Palestinian intelligence official says.

Speaking in his Ramallah office, the official produced a fat wad of $US100 notes which he said had been confiscated from a pro-Iranian Islamic Jihad activist. The money was said to have gone from Iran to Damascus, the Syrian capital, from where Ibrahim Shehadeh, Islamic Jihad's head of overseas operations, transferred it to the West Bank.
According to the intelligence official, the Palestinian Authority has located workshops where rockets are being made and has given their co-ordinates to the Israelis. "We understand they destroyed some of them," he said.

The Israeli media claimed last week that rocket attacks from the West Bank were widely expected: Ben Gurion airport's eastern runway is just 8km away and the outskirts of Tel Aviv are within 16km.

Israeli intelligence officials said Iran was threatening the country on three fronts: through long-range missiles based in Lebanon; through terrorist networks around the world; and through the new arsenals of the West Bank.

Islamic Jihad is the only Palestinian group that calls for the destruction of the state of Israel. Based in Damascus, it has an annual budget of several million dollars -- provided by Iran. Ramadan Shalah, its leader, has a PhD in economics from Durham University.

Since the death of Yasser Arafat last year, Islamic Jihad has taken the lead in attacks against Israel. A suicide bombing that killed five people in Hadera last week was revenge for the killing by Israeli special forces of Luay Saadi, the group's leader in the West Bank.

This weekend, Israeli forces launched an operation against the organisation in both the West Bank and Gaza -- including the destruction of the rocket workshops.
