You have an interesting plan... although I may not agree with all of what you said, but you do have some good points. For one, if you think "reformist" are different than the "hardliners", that is a total fallacy. They're both the same, just two different names to fool naive people. The only way the change of regime will be successful in Iran would be treating it just like Nazis in Germany. There was no reformist Nazi in charge. Anybody that has worked with, supported, and collaborated with this regime should be an outcast, and never trusted.
